Tony has a background in capital markets and has led manufacturing businesses across the Middle East and Africa. At Proto Axiom, he focuses on new venture creation and serves as CEO of Flo Axiom, a Proto Axiom spinout.

I arrived in science from the outside and over time came to understand that Australia produces world-class research, but not enough of it makes it out of the lab. People with experience building and operating businesses can add real value in that gap. When I saw what Proto was doing to solve it, I wanted to be part of it. Building companies with good people doing meaningful work is the best job I can imagine.
